LeanNoku is a data integration and analytics service for e-commerce stores. The Service:

• Syncs and normalizes data from your Shopify store and connected advertising platforms
• Provides analytics, daily metrics, and intelligence reports
• Delivers reports via Slack, email, and REST API
• Generates API keys for programmatic access to your store data

2. Account and Access

• You must have a valid Shopify store to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
• You must not share API keys with unauthorized parties
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Service
• Exceed the rate limits associated with your plan or API keys
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to compete directly with LeanNoku

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all your store data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. Our use of your data is limited to providing and improving the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
• Experience downtime due to factors beyond our control
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

6. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is as displayed on our website and in the Shopify App Store
• Payments are processed through Shopify's billing system
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled according to Shopify's refund policies

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on data or analytics provided by the Service

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Shopify, Meta, Google). We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs that affect our Service
• Accuracy of data provided by third-party platforms
• Availability of third-party services

9. Termination

• You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the App
• We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
